and knowledge during her career path, starting in banking
industry, followed by marketing, the airline industry and then
as a director of 2 successful businesses.
Realising her main passion was housing and the people
contact, Tracy decided to combine the two, firstly with client
liaison roles helping the people of Canterbury rebuild their
homes after the earthquakes and then, as the family left the
nest, she embraced the role of Real Estate Salesperson.
A lot of Tracy’s clients were asking about managing rental
properties: she felt there was a need to take the hassle out
of people’s investments so she decided to bring property
management under her umbrella.
To be able to help people achieve their property dreams
and goals is extremely rewarding, and to wake up every
morning knowing you are going to enjoy your day means
you have found your niche.
Tracy is proud to be able to offer her clients a
comprehensive real estate experience. With having the
advantage of the Farmlands 68,000 shareholder captive
audience and not being restricted to specific areas,
along with working with a team, ensures her vendors the
opportunity to get the best possible outcome.
