Tim is Wairarapa born and bred, with an in-depth knowledge of the area and of the rural sector, having run his own sheep and beef farm for 20 years prior to moving into real estate.
A real estate agent for the past 21 years with sales over $160 million of farms, lifestyle and residential properties. He gained his AREINZ through Massey University in 2007 as part of his studies towards a Diploma of Business Management.
Tim is the Branch Manager in the Wairarapa and set up the first Farmlands Real Estate branch in the North Island at Masterton in 2015.
He loves the Wairarapa and enjoys sharing his knowledge of it with others. With a combination of professional and dedicated service, his extensive knowledge of property and the Farmlands Brand he is able to ensure his vendors attain maximum value for their property.
Married to Sue for 44 years he has three adult children – Gretchen, who is a physiotherapist in Auckland, Nick a helicopter pilot in Canada and Simon a sheep and beef farmer in North Wairarapa.
