As the General Manager for Farmlands real estate, Jason is responsible for the strategic direction, recruitment and retention strategy, setting and delivering the budget, ensuring people come first and building on Farmlands values of forward thinking, unity, courage, integrity, influence and trust.
He has over 25 years’ experience growing real estate companies internationally, implementing innovative technology solutions, mobile applications, building high performance teams, and digital marketing.
Operations Manager Real Estate
Jane has been with Farmlands Real Estate for the past thirteen years, eleven as Marketing and Promotions Manager and latterly Operations Manager. She thoroughly enjoys her varied and challenging roles.
To gain a better understanding of the needs of our salespeople and to better promote the whole real estate division, Jane completed the National Certificate in Real Estate in 2014. Being on the other side of the fence is exciting and she loves facilitating the listing and selling experience.

Upper North Island Manager
As the Upper North Island Regional Manager for Real Estate, Ian works with his sales team across all sectors of the property market in three regions, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Northland. Overseeing a team of 18 salespeople who are passionate about the Farmlands Co-Operative values striving for a higher level of industry performance for it’s shareholders, is a key essential of his role.

Linda is our regional manager for Canterbury the West Coast and the Upper South Island. She has worked in the industry for many years, first as a salesperson achieving top seller awards then moving into a management role with Farmlands Real Estate.

Logan is our regional manager for the lower South Island taking in Ashburton to Invercargill and all parts in between. He has worked in the industry since the late 1980s, first as a salesperson achieving rookie of the year and many top seller awards then moving into management roles with several companies including branch, regional and national roles.
